2. Complete Sale Statement online and our legal department will complete the Index form.
   
   

3. Commission Local Authority Search
   
   
4. Complete Optional Documents online; (These can be included in the delivered pack for you to complete at a later date).

   Hips are designed to improve home buying and selling
   
   The pack is a set of documents providing important information. The Compulsory documents includes
   
   

• An Index (the contents of the pack)
  
• An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• A Sale Statement (summarising terms of sale)
• Evidence of Title
• Standard Searches i.e. A local authority search & drainage/water search
• If appropriate Leasehold/Commonhold information.

• A Home Condition Report
• A Legal summary
• Guarantees & warranties
• Planning consents
• A Home Use Form (Standard enquiries)
• A Home Contents Form
